From Beauty School to Business Icon
Gina started out in beauty school and built a successful six-figure business behind the chair as an employee. Shortly after, she built another six-figure business for herself as an independent artist. Craving more, she opened one of Connecticut's top employee based salons, Gina Bianca Hair, which was a 4,000 square foot team-based salon. In its last year of business, the salon grossed $1,000,000. Expanding on her passion of teaching, Gina constructed a 7-figure traveling education business, basing her curriculum around foiling and business. She then continued to grow her education business in-salon and online with countless best-selling e-books, business courses, hair videos, and her renowned Mastermind group with hundreds of successful students and clients who have increased their income by tens of thousands.
