From Beauty School to Business Mentor
Gina Sicard is a business owner, educator, mentor, and hairstylist with more than a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She has built multiple six and seven figure businesses, grown teams, worked behind the chair, created education programs, and experienced firsthand what it takes to build something from the ground up.
Gina is also open about her personal journey, including overcoming addiction and celebrating more than four years of sobriety. Those experiences have shaped the way she teaches, leads, and supports others.
Her approach is rooted in real life experience, honesty, resilience, and practical education. Gina is passionate about helping stylists, salon owners, educators, and entrepreneurs build stronger businesses, make confident decisions, and create lives they are proud of.
